Combining Meditation, Yoga, and Breathwork. This is an integrated practice, including meditation, yoga, and breathwork. By combining these three practices, Mark creates a well-rounded class that promotes physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Ocean Slow Flow

A feel good flow immersed and surrounded by a soothing flowing ocean. You will be carried away by breathe, flow, and fluid practice with Sydney.

As you step onto your mat, the majestic imagery of canyons serves as a backdrop, transporting you to a place of serenity and grounding as you flow in a feel-good practice

Insterslelar Flow

This class combines the core elements of Power Yoga with movement-based vinyasa flow - challenging, inviting ease, and encouraging playfulness in the same breath. This series will encourage you to find your flow and explore new modes of expression while strengthening you to the core - a perfect appetizer to a night of dance, movement, and expression!

Vibrant Vinyasa with DJ

Feel like being moved by some international global beats paired with a fun vinyasa yoga practice? We have got the perfect practice and experience for you to let go, fully enjoy, and refereshen from the inside out.

You will be led through an upbeat vinyasa yoga practice with Grace while taken on a worldly journey with Dj Jaage. Dynamic, fluid, and energetically awakening, you will flow and be brought around the world with international rare and funky beats.

Hatha

This class combines the traditional elements of Hatha yoga with Immersive Sound Experiences.

An all levels class,  there will be many modifications and personal attention to students to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. 

Therapeutic Practice

Therapeutic Yoga Practice is a powerful practice for individuals seeking to reduce stress, and foster a sense of well-being through a customized hollistic approach to yoga practice. By recognizing the connection between the physical body, energy systems, and emotional well-being, this class aims to restore balance on all levels. You will leave class feeling calm, centered, grounded, nourished and restored in your body, mind, and soul.

Yin Yoga

Be gently guided into longer-held postures that stretch the connective tissues and open the meridians, or energy pathways, that clear stagnant energy. By holding deeply restorative & yin postures, we unravel long-held tension within the energetic and physical body. In this specialty class, you will be led through the energy centers from your root to the crown of your head. Enjoy intuitive and gentle hands-on healing through light massage, tuning forks, and aromatherapy throughout practice.
