With nearly a decade of personal practice and specialized certifications in Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and a comprehensive 200-hour teacher training, I offer classes that are grounding, mindful, and deeply healing. My teaching is rooted in foundational poses that support beginners, while also creating room for breath exploration and deeper connection for those ready to go further.

My classes are a creative and supportive space where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of yoga as a tool for balance and transformation. Whether you're new to yoga or coming back to your mat, I believe each student holds the ability to heal and grow from within — and I’m here to help you access that.
